280 гр.брашно
140 гр. захар
140 гр.меко масло
3-4 праскови
400-500 гр.малини
1-2 с.л. мед
2-3 с.л. захар
В дълбока купа смесете брашното и маслото.С пръсти направете по едри трохи.Прибавете и захарта, разбъркайте с пръсти за кратко.Не трябва да се получава хомогенна смес като тесто,а да остане на трохи.
Намажете тавичката за печене с масло.(Може да използвате и индивидуални купички)
В нея нарежете прасковите на парченца и добавете малините.Поръсете със захарта и меда.Покриите с маслените трохи.
Печете на 180 градуса до златисто- кафява коричка .
Аз исках да сложа и орехи,но се оказа че имах само няколко .Но следващия път ще пробвам да сложа в маслените трохи и повече ядки.
